Our commitment to transforming your outdoor space begins with our clear and structured process. This step-by-step journey from the initial consultation to final maintenance, ensures complete transparency and a clear understanding of what to expect when you choose Landscapes Unlimited for your landscaping project.

Our Process

STAGE ONE

INITIAL CONSULTATION

After completing your Estimate Request, one of our Designers will schedule a complimentary consultation to discuss your ideas and vision for your landscape.

STAGE TWO

SITE ANALYSIS

Prior to designing your landscape, our team conducts a through analysis of your property. We evaluate factors such as soil quality, drainage, sunlight, existing vegetation, and potential challenges.

This analysis ensures that the design and installation process is suitable for your vision to maximize the longevity of your landscape.

STAGE THREE

DESIGN PHASE

In the design phase, your Designer creates a customized design plan that combines your vision and your property’s needs. You’ll then meet with your Designer to review the design.

Once the design as been finalized, a detailed estimate will be sent.

CLIENT REVIEW & APPROVAL

During this stage the client and Designer review and make revisions. Plants, materials and other elements are confirmed to ensure your design meets your budget and vision.

Once approved, a detailed estimate will be sent over and materials will be ordered.

INSTALLATION PREPARATION

After your design and budget have been approved, your landscape project moves onto to our Project Management team who coordinates the arrival of materials, demolition, site prep and schedules when your project will begin.

INSTALLATION & FINAL WALKTHROUGH

One of the busiest stages, as our teams work to install your property’s specifications, this includes:

Hardscape Installation
Irrigation Installation
Plantings or Softscapes Installation
Outdoor Lighting Installation

One the final day of work, your Project Manager will conduct a final walkthrough of your landscape with you to address any questions or areas of concerns you may have. They will also educate you on how to care for your new landscape.

STAGE SEVEN

WARRANTY & MAINTENANCE

To avoid any delays or damages to your property, we recommend ongoing maintenance services to ensure your landscape remains in excellent condition.

However, if issues arise, your property may be covered under warranty. After your original contract is paid in full, our warranty goes into effect.
