DESIGN PROCESS

Our design process begins with a complimentary consultation in order to understand your vision. Our Designers then head to your property to take measurements, pictures and environmental factors into consideration before they begin to design your dream landscape.

A design fee may be required for projects that require an in-depth analysis of your property. This can include, but is not limited to, the following areas:

  • Irrigation Installation
  • In-Depth Design or Concept Development
  • Flood or Drainage Concerns
  • City or State Permit Restrictions
  • Complex Foliage or Flora

To see if your project will include a design fee, please inquire with your Project Designer.

You may not need one, but most properties do require a scaled design to ensure accurate placement and satisfactory installation.

If you already have a scaled design, we would be happy to utilize it. Have your Project Designer review it to ensure it is scaled correctly and up-to-date.

You can come with a specific vision in mind, a list of products or plants you want, a vision board or you can discuss what you'd like to see or do in your outdoor space and leave the rest to us! We are here to assist in anyway you'd need.

The design process itself can take anywhere from a week to a month or longer, depending on the size and complexity of your design or vision.

INSTALLATION PROCESS

Landscapes Unlimited works hard to minimize any disruptions to your property, however, acts of God or other unforeseeable circumstances may arise.

Our Designers and Project Managers strive to address any possible disruptions prior to beginning and maintain clear communication on any updates or issues that arise.

If you have sentimental or special decorations nearby the install site, you may want to consider moving them a safe distance away. Our experienced crews will move any objects that might be in the way, such as outdoor seating or planters, but we are human and encourage you to take care of special items yourself prior to install starting.

Yes! Prior to work beginning your property's Project Manager will reach out to let you know about what to expect, when you are scheduled to start and answer any questions you may have.
