• Initial Consultation

Your sales representative or designer will meet with you to discuss your landscaping project and ideas as well as answer any questions or concerns you might have. We will take measurements and discuss budget for the project. Our first meeting is free of charge, but if you would like to proceed to the next step we do charge a design fee to ensure we respect the time of our designers.

  • Design Plan Review

In the second meeting, the Design meeting, you and your designer will go over the design that they have come up with for you after the first meeting. After you have discussed and perfected it, then we will send over a detailed estimate that is line-itemed.

  • Final Plan Review

As soon as you have chosen a design and price that both you and your designer agree on, then it’s time to make sure every detail and aspect of the project is the way you want it to be. Throughout the course of this part of the process several things may change to improve and work around your budget, but we can assure you that Landscapes Unlimited will make this as easy of a process as possible.

  • Design to Build

Our contracts are good for 12 months, at any point during that time you can choose to sign it and provide a down-payment for the work. After both of those steps have been completed, you will then be added to the schedule.

  • Project Construction

A lot of the work we do can be done in just a few days, however larger and more complex projects with a lot involved may take several weeks. Not always, but sometimes projects are delayed due to weather, so we ask in advance that during those times you remain patient with us and we will do our best to keep you in the loop and inform you of our plan.

  • Final Walkthrough

On the final day of work, your Landscapes Unlimited project manager will bring you on a full tour of your new landscape. On this tour the project manager will answer any questions or concerns you may have. On top of that, we will tell you how to properly care for your newly installed landscaping and what you need to do on your end going forward.

  • Warranty

Our work is warrantied from our shrubs all the way up to our large hardscape projects. For more information you can visit the Warranty tab on our website or ask your Landscapes Unlimited designer or project manager.
