COVID-19 Update

March 26, 2020

Dear Valued Landscapes Unlimited Customer,

Thank you for your business during current times of uncertainty.  It is an honor to continue to service your landscaping needs.

We wanted to reach out regarding Gov. Walz’s statement directing Minnesotans to stay at home and address any potential questions you may have about the ability to continue to service your property.

Landscapes Unlimited is defined as an “Essential Business” and we will continue operating as normal, with some additional focuses to meet the demands of the CDC and any other governmental expectations:

  • Limiting the number of crew members in company vehicles to one or two. Other crew members are driving directly to job sites to minimize personal contact and respecting social distancing boundaries.
  • All company vehicles and equipment are being thoroughly sanitized and disinfected at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Crew members are to avoid any personal contact with clients or the public at large.
  • Crew members are not allowed to enter any client’s home or facility for any reason.

Client meetings will continue to be scheduled and conducted in a way that you feel comfortable.  If phone calls or video conference are more suitable, we will meet your needs.  If a face-to-face meeting is required, we will maintain a social distance of six feet.  On-site measuring and quality audit surveys are continuing on schedule.

The majority of Landscapes Unlimited office staff is working from home remotely until further notice.  For those that must be in the office, proper social distancing is mandatory.  All common surfaces are being disinfected and sanitized several times throughout the day.  If anyone is feeling ill, the mandatory expectation is they will stay at home and quarantine until they are feeling better.

Our focus is to continue to exceed your expectations and provide exceptional service even during times of adversity.   We look forward to serving you this upcoming season!
